Structure

The hard carbide phase is combined with cobalt to form a two-crystal phase. When the cobalt bonded phase is eroded by cutting agent, coolant or lubricant, when the cobalt bonded phase can't bind to the hard carbide phase, the wear of carbide will be accelerated, so the wear of tungsten steel punch will be accelerated by the loss of cobalt in the later stage.

Single crystal phase structure. The problem of erosion of the combination can be avoided, and the wear and tear will not be aggravated by the increase of impact.

Life

When it is stamped to about 1.5 kks, a lot of wear has been worn and it is necessary to perform preventive maintenance to punch it again

When stamping to 8kks, the wear is still small and the stamping quality is good. The service life of tungsten steel is about 5~8 times that of tungsten steel.
