Hard carbide and cobalt combine more than two metallographic structures. Was cutting agent for cobalt combining phase when used with belt lubricant, coolant or erosion, when cobalt phase after eroding cannot be combined with hard carbide phase, will accelerate the abrasion of carbide, tungsten steel in stamping to the later by the loss of Co wear faster.




Single crystal phase structure. Can avoid the problem that the combination phase is eroded, won't because of the increase of rush and wear aggravate.

       

          Stamping life

When pressing to 1.5kks, it has worn a lot and needs preventive maintenance before it can be pressed again.Stamping to 8kks wear is relatively small, good stamping quality. Life expectancy is about five to eight times that of tungsten.

Large, suitable for continuous high speed stamping. Lead frame (400-450rpm), terminal (>800rpm)

   Fracture toughness

High quality ultrafine tungsten steel can reach 9MPa.

It is usually 5MPa and HIP can reach 7MPa.

      Wear resistance

                              Ceramics are about seven times as large as tungsten.

    The best potential


Friction is one sixth of the metal and can reduce the shaving of the product.
